I use to have a home. I sure wish I would have had this book in my hand beforehand. It surely provides an ABC, friendly, at times charming guide to purchasing while selling. She has a way of breaking it down to the smallest details that do arise and provides an easy way to complete the purchasing, selling process. The real estate terminology can get one lost, but not this Author. She keeps it user friendly, in a language that is easier for me to comprehend. I would recommend this book to all who are about to sell/purchase. Great job!!
