This book is a lovely small collection of relatable poems. It’s a perfect short read to pass the time during lockdown. I really enjoyed reading it and I will likely reread it from time to time.

About A Collection of Poems by Black British Poet
Do you believe in fate, or could it be coincidences? At twenty-three, Remeaise asked herself that same question. She wondered if she met Mr. Right, would she even know what he looked like? Did he even exist at all?Her longing for independence took her to a place of unexpected discovery, which changed both her and her mother’s life, and brought back a ghost from the past. She embraced relationships that wove in and out of her life. She unleashed things that concerned her about family, self-love, absent fathers, and loss.Sharing her experiences and thoughts through poetry, Remeaise will take you along her quest for happiness and love.
